Direction: Grind the saffron with coffee girder or simply with your thumb of your hand, put it back in box and keep it in refrigerator or freezer. Boil 2 tsp of water and add ½ of the crushed saffron to it and let it sit for 15 min or more and then garnish your food with the saffron liquid.
