Direction: Boil 1 cup of water (6 oz.), add 1/2 tsp of the blend in a tea infuser (we sell it on our site), and insert it in the water, let it sit for 2-3 minutes and drink it. You also can use tea maker or coffee maker too. Simply add 1 tsp of the blend to the coffee maker’s pot and add 2 cups of water to get 2 cups of tea. You also can add it to your salad, soup, morning smoothies and more.

Saffron Rice With Barberries and Chicken (Zershak polo Ba Morgh)
ngerdients:
3 Cups long grain Basmati Rice
2tbs cooking oil
1 Large onion
1 cup of Barberries(Zershak), washed and rinsed
1/2tsp Saffron, finely grounded
1 tsp sugar
6 Pieces of chicken( We can use Drumsticks, thigh and breast)
salt and pepper
Preperation:
Saffron: Get 2ts water and boil it in clear glass or a mug and add 1/2 finely grounded Saffron (recommended Saffron USA) and set it on a side for later.
Rice: Wash up Rice 4 times or more and let it be soaked for longer time, preferably 2 hours before cooking. It makes the rice come out longer and better.
Saffron Rice Pudding
This is a traditional Persian dish, very delicious and recipe is simple and easy to follow:
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
9 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 tsp saffron
1 cup rosewater
2 pods cardamom
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Cinnamon & slivered pistachios for garnish
Preparation:
Saffron: Grind Saffron and add 2 table spoons of hot and boiled water to it and set it aside for later use.
Crush the two cardamoms and place in one cup of rosewater, set aside for later use.
