Chia seeds, Clove, Dandelion, Nettle.

Directions: Add 1 tsp of the blend to 1 cup of water, stir, let it sit for 5 minutes, then enjoy! Start with a small amount to test the product. You may add other additives, such as lemon juice or black pepper. You may also add the blend to any juice or your morning smoothie.
